The objective: convert a decades-old floor into a secure, patient-focused mental-health inpatient unit and upgrade critical support spaces on the 7th and 9th floors, plus install new rooftop HVAC equipment. All work had to unfold within a fully active hospital, with zero disruption to ongoing care.
